BOOT CAMP
Lose Weight, Firm Up, and Get Fit With Our Twelve-Week Military-Style Cardiovascular, Endurance, Strength And Fitness Program. Boot Camp is Designed to Encourage Personal Improvement And Goal Achievement in a Supportive and Encouraging Group Setting. Recruits Are Encouraged to Compete Only Against Themselves, But Work With Others For The Very Best Results!
OK troops, your orders and dates are official! As a basic recruit you will be expected to reach
your full potential under my strict command (any questions?) Anyone late will not be permitted to join unless they drop and give me 50 pushups. Also your orders are to recruit fellow boots- the more the better!!!! You have 3 weeks to complete this simple goal (family-friends-enemies-ex spouses-convicts) RECRUIT! RECRUIT!! RECRUIT!!!
Training will be in an indoor environment, so dress accordingly. Water is a must! Bring an exercise mat if comfort is part of your agenda. Anyone with profiles - let me know in advance!!! Lastly - please bring a positive attitude. For you gung ho folks out there - please leave all weapons at home, this is not Iraq!!
Designed, organized, and led by military and trained fitness professionals. A Pre-recruitment military-style fitness assessment and body composition analysis will be conducted at the beginning of camp. Activities include: obstacle courses, calisthenics, strength training, running and motivational group support.
This indoor/outdoor group training program provides all the necessary elements (cardiovascular, strength and flexibility) together in a "play hard" format. You may use this as your only workout or you may use it as a supplement to other activities such as martial arts, cycling, running, weight training or yoga.
These intensive 60-minute sessions include running (for some that may be walking at first),
stretching, agility, balance and strengthening exercises. It is a progressive fitness program that
is designed for the fit and the "want to-be" fit. It will be challenging. You will play hard. You will have a blast!
Progressive means it gets more challenging (sweat, pain and agony, baby!) every week. You are
encouraged to do more each week, as you get stronger and stronger. You are responsible for showing up and showing up on time. The group dynamics make it challenging and motivating, each person encourages each other do their best no matter what their fitness level. This program is for everyone. Regardless of your fitness level, we will work with you. If you can't run, you start
with walking, if you can't do a regular push-up, we'll start you with a modified one. There are
varying levels, from beginners to advanced. Everyone works out at his or her own level.
The program is challenging, but not so demanding that you burn out. We believe true results come from consistency. It is an excellent cross-training program for martial arts that will also make you stronger and more agile in other physical activities. You will get leaner, stronger, faster and improve your balance and coordination.
