IMPACT Personal Fitness

Personal Fitness for Men and Women Staying fit is about having the body you deserve. A body that is functionally fit, physically strong and healthy from the inside out. With a fit body comes more confidence, more enjoyment in life and a healthier, stronger, happier you. Whether you are ready to start a new workout program or want to augment your current exercise routine, USA Martial Arts IMPACT Personal Fitness can help you reach your fitness goals.

Your Individualized Fitness Program provides a specific exercise programs selection based on your needs, abilities, and goals. Unique progressions keep every program fun, dynamic and, most importantly, successful. By incorporating multiple types of training into every program, your physical abilities will improve and you will build higher levels of functional strength and flexibility. You will feel better overall and increase your energy, enabling you to better face the challenges of every day life.

Programs

We offer a variety of training environments to meet your fitness needs:

  • Individual Sessions – tailored just for you in a comfortable one on one setting, this program offers the special attention you need if you want to focus on your own personal goals for fitness and health. An assessment of your current fitness level and evaluation of your current health and nutrition will be used as a baseline to monitor your progress.

  • Duets – sometimes it helps having a buddy join you on the journey to a better and healthier you. Working out together can be a lot of fun as you support each other during and in between classes. For best results, it may make sense to look for someone with similar goals!

  • Small Groups – coordinate with your friends and have fun together while getting in shape. In order to form a group, you will need a minimum of 4 participants up to a maximum of 6. These group sessions include partner drills, agility training, circuits and intervals.

  • Assisted Stretching – being more flexible means better form, improved mobility for you every day functional movements and increased performance in your sports activities. Assisted stretching is a great way to get relieve for those tight muscles due to the effect of the deep stretch work applied by your instructor.
